Here are some "before & after" photos of
a house my dad and I flipped in Millcreek last year. He was the
mastermind behind the project, and a project, it was. As you will
see, the home was in serious need of repair. We had to replace

everything imaginable, as well as remove a 24' addition
that had been scabbed on the back of the home.

It turned out to be a very nice 4 bedroom
home, and best of all it easily sold in only 15 days.

(Originally there were two bedrooms in the back
of the house. They were very poorly constructed, as you
can see. We tore this section off, and added on a
bathroom and 1st floor laundry)
